Growing up and living in Toronto, Canada their entire lives, Jason Knowles (with roots from Long Island, Bahamas) and his wife, Karin Knowles, decided to move from the bitter cold winters to start a new chapter choosing Exuma as their new home.

The Keys To Exuma came to fruition when the couple realized the idyllic island had an abundance of properties built by second-home owners that required first class management.

Before moving to Exuma, Karin worked in corporate Canada for over 20 years as a Customer Service Manager in one of the largest cosmetic companies in the world.

She has a true passion for customer relations and prides herself on fostering deep relationships with her guests and owners.

 

Jason has an extensive knowledge of homes and their construction under his belt. As a previous home inspector and home renovator, his eye for detail will ensure nothing goes undetected.  He also managed and maintained 10 residential rental properties to the highest standard for his father in-law in Toronto.
